Gudfast.com Return & Refund Policy

At Gudfast.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your refurbished smartphone purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return your phone and receive a refund.

Return Window:

  • You have 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund.

Reasons for Return:

You can return your phone for a full refund if it meets any of the following criteria:

  • The phone is significantly different from the description on our website (e.g., wrong model, incorrect storage capacity).
  • The phone arrives damaged during shipping.
  • The phone has a malfunction that is not covered by the warranty.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • We cannot accept returns for phones with any physical damage caused by the customer after receiving the phone. This includes scratches, cracks, dents, water damage, or any other user-inflicted damage.
  • Phones with a broken security seal or tampered software will not be eligible for return.
  • Opened software or accessories are non-returnable.

Return Process:

  2. A customer service representative will assist you and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Pack the phone securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the return package.  
  5. Ship the phone back to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned phone and verify it meets the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Warranty:

All refurbished phones sold on Gudfast.com come with a separate warranty that covers malfunctions and defects. Please refer to the warranty information included with your phone for details.
