What’s Covered:
- Hardware: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the phone itself, including the display, motherboard, battery, and internal components.
- Functionality: We guarantee the phone to function according to its original specifications as outlined on the product page.
What’s Not Covered:
- Physical Damage: This warranty does not cover any damage caused by the user, including scratches, cracks, dents, water damage, or any other physical damage.
- Software Issues: We recommend performing a full backup before purchasing a refurbished phone. This warranty does not cover any software issues, including data loss, corrupted files, or operating system malfunctions.
