Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 Ear Speaker Flex Cable

Ear Speaker Flex Cable for the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7

Component Details

• Function: This flexible circuit connects the earpiece speaker (the speaker you hold up to your ear during phone calls) to the main logic board.
• Integrated Components: In many Z Flip models, this flex cable also contains the proximity sensor and ambient light sensor components, which are located near the earpiece.
• Purpose of Replacement: You would need this part if:
  • The earpiece sound is silent, distorted, or very faint during voice calls.
  • The proximity sensor malfunctions (e.g., the screen doesn’t turn off when you hold the phone to your ear).

Repair Difficulty Warning

On the Galaxy Z Flip7, the earpiece is located at the very top of the main display section. Replacing this flex cable typically requires careful separation of the phone’s casing and possible access underneath the display assembly. Due to the complex, delicate nature of any foldable phone repair, particularly around the hinge and screens:

• This is a high-difficulty repair.
• Professional service is strongly recommended to avoid damaging the foldable display or compromising the device’s IP rating.
