Samsung Galaxy A23 5G Back Panel

The Samsung Galaxy A23 5G back panel is the removable rear cover of the phone, sometimes referred to as the Rear Housing Panel or Battery Door.¹

It is the part you would typically need to replace if the back of your phone is scratched, cracked, or damaged from a drop.

Key Features of the Replacement Part

1. Material: The original back panel is generally made of a polycarbonate (plastic) material, often with a glossy or smooth finish. Replacement parts are usually made from compatible plastics (like ABS) or polycarbonate.
2. Integration: The replacement back panel usually includes the necessary cutouts for the following features and may come with the corresponding part already installed:
   • Camera Module Cutout: The rectangular section for the main camera array.
   • Camera Glass Lens/Frame: Many replacement back panels come with the camera lens glass pre-installed to ensure a perfect fit and seal.
3. Colors: Replacement back panels are available in the Samsung Galaxy A23 5G’s original color options, which commonly include:
   • Black
   • White
   • Blue⁴
   • Peach/Orange (availability may vary)
4. Compatibility: Be sure to check that the replacement panel is specifically for the Samsung Galaxy A23 5G (SM-A236) model, as the dimensions and cutouts may differ slightly from the 4G-only version or other A-series models.
