Samsung Galaxy A26 5G Microphone

Samsung Galaxy A26 5G, like most modern smartphones, has an internal microphone system for calls, video recording, and voice commands.

While the exact number and precise specifications are not always prominently listed in general product overviews, a common setup for Samsung Galaxy A-series phones is:

• Main Microphone: Typically located on the bottom edge of the phone, near the USB-C port, for standard voice calls and main audio recording.¹

• Secondary Microphone (Noise Cancelling): Often located on the top edge of the phone. This microphone is used to pick up ambient noise to help the phone filter it out during calls, improving call quality for the person on the other end.

A teardown or a detailed hardware schematic would provide the definitive number and location, but these are the expected positions. If you are experiencing issues with audio, the bottom microphone is the primary one for phone calls when holding the phone to your ear.
