Repair Information

Replacing just the camera lens glass is often necessary after a drop or impact.

• Replacement Difficulty: This is generally considered a moderately easy repair, often just requiring careful heating to soften the adhesive, prying out the old part, cleaning the underlying camera sensor, and pressing the new piece into place with fresh adhesive.
• Recommendation: While a professional repair is always the safest option, the process for the M04’s camera lens is relatively straightforward compared to screen or battery replacement. However, extreme care must be taken not to scratch the actual camera lens underneath the glass during the removal and cleaning process.
