Samsung Galaxy S24 Microphone

The Samsung Galaxy S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra all feature multiple microphones for different functions, including:

• Standard Microphones (for calls and general use): The main microphone for calls is typically located on the bottom of the phone, near the USB-C port.¹ There is also another microphone, usually on the top of the device.
• Acoustic Zoom Microphone: All models in the S24 series (S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra) include a hidden, small microphone often referred to as an “acoustic zoom” microphone.² This one is typically located near the rear camera module and is designed to improve audio quality and focus the sound when recording video, especially when zooming in.

The phone’s audio capabilities also generally include stereo speakers and audio tuned by AKG.³ Note that, like many modern flagship phones, the Galaxy S24 series does not have a 3.5mm headphone jack.⁴
